Virtualization is a great way to get the most out of your servers, or to save money off having a dedicated server. With technologies like VMotion for live migration of VMs in the event of a host failing, and VEEAM backups, we are able to give you the kind of up time and recovery that would cost you a fortune using dedicated hardware. We can even take snapshots of your virtual machine, or machines, before a large change so if the change doesn't go as planned you can revert back as if nothing had ever happened. We can augment your helpdesk, replace it, or do a blend of on site support and helpdesk. We also offer after hours support. It's all transparent to the caller, to them they are just getting a helpdesk engineer.
